Mego Doctor Who scaled monsters, dioramas, and vehicles...
...you can find in stores!

Ex-ter-min-ate!
Though both the Mego Dalek and the Product Enterprise Talking Daleks are inaccurate in scale for 9" Mego dolls (about an inch too short), the beautiful "Product Enterprise" talking Daleks are the same size that the original Mego Daleks were and are available now for only a fraction of what the original Mego Daleks are going for. The time to assemble an army is now!
Another option is the "Comet Models" Dalek (not shown). While it is more accurate in scale, it is fairly damn complex and makes buliding a legion of them a hassle.
Mine was too hard for me and looks like it was hit by the "ugly stick"! :(

The talking Cyberman however, by Prod Ent, is way too small to be compatable (though the head was able to be used for my Cyberman" custom, as seen on the Mego Customs site!).

Who said new 'Who monsters ended when the series did?
G'day, mate! This little beauty is the Duke Nukem "Octobrain" and is just the right scale to terrorize your Who dolls. They were quite plentiful on clearance a while ago, and if you're lucky, you might still be able to find some cheap.
I know there was quite a while there I thought I was never going to own any of the Mego Who villains, so I started looking for cool things to dress up his shelf. Old "Octobrain" here is still among one of my favorite 'Who pieces even though I have the actual Mego villains now. In fact, I might even want a few more!

The Horrid
McFarlane's "Spawn: Dark Ages" produced a wicked humanoid dragon creature called the Horrid which came in both green and tan that were a perfect new monster race in-scale with the original Who dolls.
Hyper-jointed everywhere, including the wings and mouth, this is one fun creature to terrorize the Doctor with!
(This picture will be replaced with a better one soon.)

Victims for the cause!
What good is a Who story without victims for the monsters to terrorize and people for the Doctor to save?
The Exclusive Premier "Titanic" dolls fit the bill wonderfully. They are in early 1900's period clothes and consist of weasely looking Thomas Andrews (so obviously the cyber-agent), Margaret Brown, John Jacob Astor and Sea Captain John Smith (as seen terrorized above with the "Octo-Brain").
On the flip-side of the coin, you also have the "REAL HEROES" line of 9" dolls, which offer modern policemen, firemen, and astronauts. Men in uniform are great for making Autons, Dalek Robo-men, or crash victims on the planet Sirius!

Cool Dioramas!
This 12" renaissance we are going through lately helps out us 9" collectors tremendously! By-and-large, there isn't a 12" diorama or vehicle that won't look MORE in scale with a 9" doll in it that a 12", since 12" things tend to be scaled down a bit for cost.

UNIT jeeps and Copters!
That's right! The BBC never had the budget to give UNIT some hardware like this! Between GI Joe, Ultimate Soldier, and 21st Century Toys, your UNIT is set in the vehicle department. Jeeps, Trucks, Tanks. There is even a police motercycle out for your custom McGann doll and a Volkswagon Beetle (for those of you who follow his exploits in the books!)
Once I made a Brig I had to cave and at least buy a jeep for him (actually, what I really wanted was the cool AH-6 Little Bird black helicopter I kept seeing the display for at Toys R Us but could never find. Turns out, it's like 80 bucks, so I guess I got off easy!).
